Our garlic is grown organically, creating some of the cleanest scapes, green and cured options available on the island. We harvest through late June leading into our green garlic bulbs. Each bunch is hand picked, washed, cooled and packaged just before sending them out for an amazingly fresh taste. We love this fragrant, delicious, staple crop and we know you will too.
STORAGE
Keep garlic scapes and green garlic well refrigerated. Preserve cured garlic in dry storage until use.
